<p>Getac has recently introduced the 9213 rugged notebook PC. The Lightweight Rugged Business laptop is a 13.3-inch laptop that supports a magnesium alloy case and chassis, while the LCD display and hard drive are shock-mounted to prevent damage in the case of a drop or bump. The laptop also adopts a spill-resistant keyboard and touchpad. Getac 9213 is powered by a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU<span id="more-1029"></span> with a 1GB of RAM (upgradable to 3GB), a 120GB hard drive (up to 250GB). The laptop comes with a LED-backlit LCD display that sports a 1280×800 resolution, and a 1.3-megapixel camera with two digital microphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and an optional 3G data network access. Its battery provides around 8-hours of operation time and can be extended to 12 hours with an extra battery pack that replaces the optical drive. For security, there is an integrated TPM security module and fingerprint scanner.</p>
