The netbook is powered by a 1.3GHz Celeron M processor, 250GB of HDD, 3GB of RAM, an Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics card. VR46 comes equipped with a LED-backlit display, b/g/n WiFi connectivity, gigabit ethernet and runs on Windows 7  OS.

The netbook is expected to retail at about £400 ($650).
