Sony VAIO Nebula FW laptop comes equipped with Bluetooth, a Blu-ray drive, WiFi, USB ports and runs on Windows 7 OS.

Sony Vaio CW A new 14-inch Sony Vaio CW  laptop has launched. The laptop is powered by an 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 processor, a 512MB NVIDIA GeForce GT230M or a 256MB GeForce GT210M graphics card, up to 4GB of DDR3, a 320GB (up to 500 GB) HDD. Sony Vaio CW comes equipped with a a DVD burner/ Blu-ray combo drive, LED backlighting, 802.11n WiFi, an Ethernet LAN port, Bluetooth 2.1, 3 USB ports, HDMI, VGA outputs,an ExpressCard slot and Firewire.

The laptop runs on Windows 7 OS.

Bad news for VAIO owners out there hoping to use Windows 7's XP mode or run any other hardcore virtual machine applications -- Sony disables the required hardware virtualization features of its laptops for "security reasons." That means XP Mode won't work on any VAIOs, but there's hope yet: Sony's Xavier Lauwaert says that the company will re-enable VT on "select models." We'll see what that means going forward -- XP Mode is a niche feature, but it's still pretty lame for Sony to be intentionally disabling hardware features.

The laptop is powered by a Core 2 Duo 2.1GHz processor, 4GB RAM and Intel’s GMA 4500MHD graphics card. It has 320GB hard drive and a DVD SuperMulti DL burner. WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n is supported and there is a HDMI port.. It comes with a 6-cell battery.

Sony announced a new VAIO series notebook. The VAIO NW is powered by 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 Processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570 with 512MB VRAM, a 15.5-inch WXGA display with XBRITE,  a 4x BD-ROM drive, 4GB of DDR2 RAM, 802.11a/b/g/n, a 400GB HDD, webcam, and a Li-ion battery that's at best 5.5 hours in large capacity and at worst 1.5 hours with the standard-sized version.
