This time Dell introduces its new 13.3-inch Vostro V13 business laptop. The laptop weights only 1.6kg and is 16.5mm thick. Dell Vostro V13 is powered by an ultra-Plugins 1low-voltage Intel Core 2 Duo (ULV) processor, up to 4GB of DDR3 Ram, an Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics, a 500GB HDD. The laptop comes equipped with Bluetooth, a 1.3MP webcam, 802.11g/n wireless LAN, WWAN, Wi-Fi, a 6-cell battery pack and runs on Windows 7 OS.

The new Inspiron 11z notebook from Dell has an 11.6-inch display. Dell Inspiron 11z ultraportable laptop is powered by an Intel Celeron 723 1.2GHz processor, a 250GB hard-drive and a 2GB of RAM. 11z comes with WiFi a/b/g, Intel GS45 integrated graphics, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI port and a 3-cell 28WHr Li-ion battery that Dell claim is good for up to 3hrs runtime.

Dell have updated their XPS Studio 16 notebook with ATI’s Mobility Radeon HD4670 GPU, complete with 1GB of dedicated graphics memory. The new option – which is already listed on the company’s US site – replaces the previous HD3670 with 512MB of memory, and can be paired with up to a Core 2 Duo T9600 processor running at 2.8GHz. Otherwise the Studio 16 remains unchanged, which means you get a 16-inch 1,366 x 768 HD-capable display or a 1080p display, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory and a choice of 500GB 5,400rpm, 320GB 7,200rpm or 128GB SSD storage. Dell have announced a new 17-inch Inspiron 17 laptop. The Inspiron 17 has a choice of Intel Pentium Dual Core or Core 2 Duo processors, with RAM starting at 2GB and storage from 160GB. The standard 17.3-inch display runs at 900p resolution, but Dell will make a 1080p-capable version available in September. Up to 4GB of RAM is supported, and graphics range from Intel GMA X4500HD through an ATI HD 4330 256MB and up to a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330. (more...)

The 12.1-inch Dell Latitude XT2 now comes with the newer Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300 or SU9400 processor, Intel’s GMA 4500MHD instead of the ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 graphics, and with DDR3 memory instead of DDR2 in the Latitude XT. The capacitive 1280×800 display supports both multi-touch and pen inputs and uses LED backlight.
