<p>Averatec has a new and affordable laptop for the mass market:  a new 12.1-inch laptop Averatec N2700, which is also called a “back-to-the-basics” machine due to the absence of any preloaded “bloatware”.N2700 comes with Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 2GHz processor, Intel GMA X4500HD graphics chipset, a 4GB RAM, a 250GB SATA hard drive, 8x SuperMulti dual-layer DVD writer, a 1.3MP webcam, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. The notebook comes preloaded with the 64-bit version of Vista Home Premium.</p>
<p><span id="more-542"></span>The laptop's other specifications: Integrated 802.11b/g wireless connectivity along with 10/100/1000 Mb/s wired networking, USB 2.0 ports, audio in/out, VGA output and a 4-in-1 memory card reader, while a FireWire port is there for folks to transfer their large multimedia files from devices such as camcorders over at a much faster rate compared to USB 2.0.</p>
